rfc822NameEqual Function Description
Description
The rfc822NameEqual function compares two atomic values of type rfc822Name and returns true if and only if the 2 arguments to the function are equal according to the equality rules defined by the rfc822Name type.
rfc822NameEqual belongs to the ALFA function reference's
